Event Registration

I, on behalf of the above students and myself, hereby release NADAA and the management of the hosting facility from all claims for damages including loss of property, accidents, or injury sustained while participating in any activity connected with this convention. We understand that photographs taken during the convention may be used for NADAA print ads, websites, brochures, or other means. Required
